It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Stephens Bair Lurie of Fleming Island, Florida, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Wright Stephens and Grace Frances Stephens; her stepson Nelson Carl Bair Jr. (Buddy); and her grandson Justin. She is survived by: her husband Nelson Carl Bair Sr.; her stepson William Stephen Bair (Bill); her close friend Daisy; her daughter-in-law Sherri; her grandchildren, Christine and Daniel; and her niece Grace. She is also survived by several cousins and great nieces and nephews.
