It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Winn (Fleming Island, Florida), born in Live Oak, Florida, who passed away on August 9, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Miechell Duce-Starrett and Michael Winn (Cathy Winn); her grandchildren, Justin Duce and Danielle Duce; and her great grandchild Johnny Duce.
