He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Czelusniak and Elizabeth Czelusniak (Pavlick); his wife Marie Lucente; and his grandchildren, Ashley Dowser and Christopher Dowser.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Huxley (Mike) and Amanda Vandenabeele (Robert); his grandchildren, Michael Vandenabeele (Leslie), Nicole Wright (Harrison) and Jacob Huxley (Nastia); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Vandenabeele and Ethan Vandenabeele.
