With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria McGready (Fleming Island, Florida), born in Newburgh, New York, who passed away on August 27, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph DePuy and Elizabeth Youngberg; her stepfather James DePuy; her grandparents, Maud DePuy and John DePuy; her husband John McGready; her son-in-law Spade McQuade; and her children, Robert McGready, James McGready (Mechele), Lynda (Don Dapra), John McGready III (Cindy), Brian McGready (Begona), Colleen (Spade McQuade) and Kevin.
Gloria made numerous donations to ASPCA, The Humane Society, National Audubon Society, and Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
