He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Moorehead and Thurma Moorehead; and his sister Connie Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Sally Moorehead; his daughters, Leigh McDade (Jim) and Lindsay McDade (Neal); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Abigail, Meredith and Maryn.
