He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Windham and Minnie Windham; his brother Jack; and his son Jeff W Windham, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sister Gayle Arms; his daughters, Lisa Dease (Keith), Cindy Kullberg (Scott), Trice Benge (Gary), Dana Wilkins (Todd), Lisa Jackson (Kevin) and Amy Messer; his grandchildren, Kristina Bowden (Justin), Kaley Traywick (JB), Brittany Kullberg, Luke Kullberg, Matt Benge, Todd Wilkins Jr., Adam Wilkins, Curry Wilkins, Tabitha Rhodes, William Messer, Marie Messer and Forrest Messer; and his great grandchildren, Jaden and Jacob Bowden.
