He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bell and Marie Bell; and his son Steven Bell. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Bell of Fleming Island, FL; his grandsons, Jason Bell (Toni) of Macclenny, FL, Michael J. Fronek of Middleburg, FL and Christopher R. Fronek (Julie) of Middleburg, FL; and his great grandchildren, Destiny, Jacob, Jasmine Bell, Kody and Alyssa Fronek.
