We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2025, at the age of 48, Jessica Kim Frazer of Fleming Island, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Raymond, Madeleine, Michael and Barbara; and her father-in-law Ed.
She is survived by: her parents, Paul Mooney and Joan Mooney; her husband Michael Frazer; her daughter Samantha; her siblings, Holly (Moses) and Paul Jr. (Jen); her mother-in-law Christine; her brother-in-law Edward (Tina); her siblings' children, Tyler, Karyssa and Shea (family: Zoey); her great-nephew Ezra; and her siblings' children, Trevor and Amya.
