He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Ouida Tuttle (Carlton). He is survived by: his wife Martha; his sons, Austin and Bryson; his siblings, Allen Tuttle (Linda), Jack Tuttle (Tammy), Garry Tuttle and Karen Homer (Bob); his mother-in-law Joanne Kinsler; his brother-in-law Joe Kinsler (Liz); and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Bobby, Jack Jr., Tyler, Taylor, Joseph, Ashley and Jessica.
