He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Ruocco and Margaret Ruocco; his wife Cindy A. Ruocco; his daughters, Patricia Cino (Thomas Sr.), Catherine Grippo (Adam) and Jacqueline Considine (Frank); his sisters, Anita Costanzo and Margaret Kreitman (Neil); and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Thomas Jr., Madelyn, Francesca, Evelyn, Giovanni and Penelope.
