He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ennis and Thomas. He is survived by: his father Louis DeMello Tavares II; his son Lindeburg Jewelers; his mother Mary; his wife Nancy Gail Tavares; and his children, Louis IV, Nanette and Sophia.
