He is survived by: his parents, Jose Misael Amaya Martinez and Maria Mercedes Gamez Zaines; his siblings, Deley Amaya, Rutilo Amaya, Rosemary Amaya, Renan Amaya (Decease), Juan Alberto Amaya, Juan Carlos Amaya, Mersedes Yamileth Amaya, Wilfredo Amaya, Olman Amaya, Fredy Amaya, Delmy Amaya, Judith Amaya and Jeni Amaya; and his daughters, Jenny Marisol Amaya Fuentes and Zoily Mishell Amaya Arevalo. He is also survived by numerous nephew and nieces.
