He was predeceased by : his parents, William Garrett Lumpkin and Emma Lucille "Goodwin" Lumpkin; and his former life partner Corinne M. O'Donnell Lumpkin. He is survived by : his wife June Baker Lumpkin; and his children, Laurie Russell of Tallahassee, FL, Barbara Lynn of Orange Park, FL, Gayle Logan of St. Augustine, FL, Kristen Gaffney (Michael) of Yorktown, VA, William Lumpkin of Spring Hill, FL, Michael Aston (Lynn) of Orangedale, FL, Joseph Eilerman (Crystal) of Jacksonville, FL and Kevin Anderson (Inas) of Rockville, MD. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
