It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Winton W. Carter of Fleming Island, Florida, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean; and his sons, Melvin and Clifford. He is survived by: his daughter Karen; his granddaughters, Jennifer and Chrissie (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Alexandria (Forrest), Anthony, Carter and Skylar; and his great great grandchildren, Delilah, Amarii and Sawyer.
