He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Leroy Falkins and Barbara Mae Winsor Falkins; and his brother Bob Falkins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Earline Klotzbier; his children, David Falkins Jr. (Cathy), Andrew Falkins (Beth), Tim Falkins (Becky) and Tammy Caja (Aaron); and his grandchildren, Payton Caja, Anna Falkins, Zachary Caja, David Falkins III, Jenna Falkins and John Caden Falkins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a charitable contribution in David's honor to Highlands Christian Academy, 501 NE 48th Street, Pompano Beach, FL, 33064.
