He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Wade Siler and Annie Siler; his wife Rachel Siler; his son Winfred "Winkie" Siler, Jr.; his grandsons, Jeffrey Siler (Jenifer) of Fort Meade and Thomas Siler (Kimberly) of Fort Meade; and his siblings, Mary Alice Hancock of Asheville, C. K. Siler of Greensboro, NC, Henry Siler of Homeland and Wayne Siler of Frostproof. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
