She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Liford and Bernie Liford; her siblings, Willard, Charles Liford and Lula Hinkle; and her daughter Teresa Subbert.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Fowler, Rosemary Muse, Angela Hartough and Carroll Fowler Jr.; and her children-in-law, Mike Subbert, David Muse and Terri Fowler. She is also survived by five children, twelve grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
