She was predeceased by: her parent Donald Moff. She is survived by: her spouse Patrick; her child Donny; her parent Gloria Moff; and also, Greg Moff (Beth), Sarah Highlander, Brenda Orlowski (Curt), Linda Mack and Doug Moff (Kim).

Donations may be made to the MS Society as this was one of Anna's favorite charities to support.
