She was predeceased by: her husband Fredrick Sprinkler, Sr.; her parents, James Smith and Lezada Smith; her daughter Karen Chappell; her siblings, Sonia Smith, Ronald Smith and James Smith, Jr.; and her grandson Maurice Chappell.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Gibbs, Alicia, Kimberly, Krystal Sprinkler and Fredrick "Fred" Sprinkler, Jr. (Maryann); her grandchildren, Shavonn Smith, Simone Sprinkler, Lovondia Gibbs, Shantee Chappell, Fredrick Sprinkler, II, Andre Sprinkler, Rawle Gibbs, II, Chanel Chappell, Jalicia Laster, Kylie Crawley and Amir Harrison; her great grandchildren, Zanaya Cagle, Alani Henry, Amelia Sprinkler and Astro Sprinkler; and her son-in-law Maurice Chappell, Sr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
