The passing of Carrie Lynn Forest of Fort Myers, Florida, born in West Palm Beach, Florida leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 17, 2024 at the age of 59. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Beatrice Boehm; her aunt Brenda D. Schofield; and her grandfather William T. Brooks (Papa Chief). She is survived by : her children, Charlie Forest of Lakeport, MI, Elizabeth Rehak-Cook (Jason) of Buckingham, FL, Taylor Liedke (Travis) of Berkley, MI and Peyton Forest of Warren, MI; the father of her children Kevin Forest; her grandchildren, Devin, Zachary Forest and Blake Rehak-Cook; her siblings, Robert Clemens (Oksana) of Cape Coral, FL, Cathi Myers (John) of Gulf Breeze, FL and William Clemens (Leslee) of Cape Coral, FL; her aunt Barbara Jackson of Royal Park, FL.; her pets, Skid and Lulu; and also, Keena, Nikita, April, Molly and Ginger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Memorial Life Celebration Center (4521 Ravenswood Rd, Smiths Creek, MI 48074). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at the same location.
