It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colon Harvey Rowe (Chantilly, Virginia), who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Jeanelle Baker Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Leah Wehinger (Joe) and Noel Rowe (Susan); his stepdaughters, Kristine Seawell (Mark) and Carmen Corbin (James); and his grandchildren, Susan Wilson (Bret), Jennifer Jackson (CJ), Phoebe Rowe, Camille Corbin, Sonia Corbin, Eli Seawell and Liam Seawell. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
