Davidson (Wade) of Oro Valley, AZ and David L. Fullen (Carrie) of Kamas, UT; his grandchildren, Robert, Katie, John and Claire; his great grandchildren, Gray and Leah; his former wife Martha E. Sprague Fullen; and his sisters, Phyllis Lewis and Jackie Hogrefe. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
