He is survived by: his grandmother Bessie; his daughter Lisa; his sister-in-law Nancy; his children, David and Debra; his sister-in-law Viviane (Leon); Nan, Madison, Max, Mara, Stephanie, Daniel, Julie, Benjamin and Jonathan.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Don's name to Hope Hospice of Fort Myers, which allowed him to live his last days in his home with his family: Hope Hospice Development Office, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908.
