With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Joseph Klempay of Fort Myers, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 9, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew G. Klempay and Anastasia Klempay (Diersing); his wife Alice Stavich Klempay; his son Edward A. Klempay; and his siblings, James, Andrew, Margaret (Klempay DiBlasio), Eugene, Amelia and Raymond Klempay.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Klempay, Lisa Klempay (Luc Descloitres) of Missoula, Montana and Steven Klempay (Robin Kiefer) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Denise (Jay Vincent), Andrew, Jack (Katherine Capuder) and Benjamin Klempay; his daughter-in-law Marie Klempay; and his brother Thomas Klempay of Canfield, Ohio..
A burial will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (248 S Belle Vista Ave, Youngstown, OH 44509). Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1497 Boardman-Canfield Rd, Youngstown, OH 44512.
