He is survived by: his spouse Martha Irene Rush; his children, Vicky Coppock of Fort Myers, FL, Marcia Maple (Mark) of Kokomo, IN, Craig (Jeannie), Mark (Karen) and Martin of Logansport, IN; his sister Helen Forgey of Camden, IN; his son Kenny; and his brothers, Floyd and Carl. He is also survived by grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
