She was predeceased by: her siblings, Philip Hoffman, William Hoffman and Beulah Wittmer. She is survived by: her parents, Frederick Hoffman and Leona Hoffman (Monjar); her spouse Leonard A. Futhey; her children, Doreen Futhey of Naples, FL and Janet Flanigan (Austin) of Ft. Myers, FL; her grandchildren, Brent Flanigan and Laura O'Connell (Brian Oppel); and her great grandchildren, Sequoia O'Connell and Gavin Oppel. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in loving memory of Helen Beatrice Futhey.
