It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John H. Mulholland (Fort Myers, Florida), born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on June 13, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wives, Sue and Susan; his children, Patti Murray-Smith of Canterbury, England Richard (Rob), Cathy Richard of Southport and Jeff of Manhattan; and his sister Jaclyn Krapf of Danville. He is also survived by grandchildren, two adorable great-grandchildren.
