He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalie Kadash and John Kadash; and his brother Richard Kadash (Veronica). He is survived by: his wife Sara Jane Kadash (Catapane); and his brother Roger Kadash (Josephine). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
