She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Ballard and Virginia Ballard; her siblings, Walter Ballard (late Jean) and Jeanne Hinson (late Hank); and her cousin Hiriam Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Simpson, III, Cindy Barrios (late Robert), Ginny Dickinson (Sal) and Shelly McGovern (Butch); her grandchildren, Kathleen Barrios Heap (Christian), Richard Aaron Simpson (Angela), Kristin Lorraine Barrios, Matthew Lawhon Simpson, Robert Anthony Barrios, Jr. (Rob), Ally Dickinson Smith (Connor), Jessica Dickinson Casalegno (Carlo), Mallory Gwynne McGovern and Carly Simpson McGovern; her great grandchildren, Andi Simpson, Wade Simpson, John Robert Barrios, Charlotte Barrios, Weston Smith and Grady Heap; her sister Ginger Webster (Bink) of Naples; and her sibling's children, Kathleen Webster Davis (Scott), Matthew Webster (Stephanie) and Bob Hinson (Kathy).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Alliance (10091 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33919).
