It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marielle Aimée Magnant (Fort Myers, Florida), born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbrod Dufour and Anne Marie Dufour; and her sister Arc Bourassa (Raymond). She is survived by: her husband Dr. George Magnant; her children, Céleste Johnson (Ken), Charles Magnant (Anne), Colette Magnant (Dave), Renée Magnant (Evan), Joseph Magnant (Patty), Aimée Christian (Ben), Nicole Miller (Greg) and Annette Brenner (Doug); her brothers, Donald Dufour (Muriel) and Gerard Ethier (Monika); and her caregivers, Mimi, Mariette and Michele. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
