It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Dea Santini (Fort Myers, Florida), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her daughter Lisa Marie Barnette; her parents, Albert Joseph and Elsie Maria Dea; her brother Dr. Eugene Dea; her sister-in-law Margaret Wilson Dea; her foster sister Helen Louise Bartley; and her pet Meesha.

She is survived by : her son Lawrence Santini (Ruthcel); her granddaughter Taylor Prescott (Cory); her great grandchild Hayley; her nieces, Francesca Dea and Vanessa Dennison (Shawn); her great-nephew Connor Eugene Dennison; her foster sister Mary Virginia Trevallion (Glenn); her nephews, Nelson and G. T.; and her pet Mattie.

In lieu of flowers, Dr. Santini requested that any donations in her memory be made to the Animal Rescue Center (ARC), 18011 Old Bayshore Road, North Fort Myers.
