She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie M. (Fields) and Wilson W. Doby; her spouse Howard J. Johnson; her children, Jerry L. Johnson and LaDonna G. Kisner; and her siblings, Hobert Lee Doby, Pete Doby and Dovey Jean Goins.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Bush (Ron) of Fort Myers, Betty Seward (Gary) and Jay Johnson (Dianne) of Cape Coral; her siblings, Betty Jo France, Donald Doby, Wanda Faye Roop and Mickey Sue Creech; and her daughter-in-law Barbara M. Johnson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
