He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Failer of Allentown, PA. and Frank Failer of Allentown, PA.. He is survived by: his sister Ericka Failer Allio of Redding, CA; and his niece Brie Nicole Allio of New York City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
