She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Howard Kulis; her stepchildren, Cindy Shope (Don), Becky Reed (Steve), Suzy Wagnitz (Kurt) and Michael Kulis (Rebekah); her children, Rachel Garretson (Cunningham), Jeff Cunningham, Scott Garretson and Marcy Cunningham; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry and Janis Cuningham.
