It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Walter Chauvin of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Chauvin Sr. and Ruth Lally Chauvin; his siblings, Edwin Chauvin Jr., Jeanne Chauvin Campbell and Raymond Chauvin; and his grandfather Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey D. Chauvin of Fort Walton Beach, FL; his children, Gail Widener of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Keith Chauvin of Crestview, FL, Darryl Chauvin (Debbie) of Mary Esther, FL, David Chauvin of Miramar Beach, FL and Michael Chauvin (Shelby) of Fort Walton Beach, FL; his sister Ruth Chauvin Bersuder of Metairie, LA; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Philip, Nicholas, Hollie, Haylee, Brittany and Stephanie of Maloree, J. R.. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
