It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail D. MacArgel of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Rutgers University Professor George W. and Helen Dochat; and her son Scott R. MacArgel of Valparaiso, FL.. She is survived by : her sons, Kyle B. MacArgel of Lynn Haven, FL. and Kevin P. MacArgel of Santa Cruz, CA; and her sister Joan Valeri of Lakewood, NJ. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
