He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Hawthorne and Irene Hawthorne; and his sister Linda Hawthorne. He is survived by: his significant other Macie Watson; his daughter Octavia Fogle; his stepchildren, Pamela Clark, Maria Blackman, Mia Watson and James Clark; and his siblings, Willie Hawthorne and Dorothy Hawthorne. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
