She is survived by: her sister-in-law Lela Hilton; her children, Theresa L. Tolbert (Joe Strouse Jr.), Tami Tolbert and Fred E. Tolbert III (Joy Hardy); her grandchildren, Jett Tolbert (Marah Baltzell), Skye Tolbert and Saylor Tolbert; and her sibling's children, Julie Katherine Hilton, Denise Tolbert McKamey and John Tolbert.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Patricia's name be made to a local animal rescue organization such as PAWS, SOCKS, or Alaqua Animal Refuge.
