We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 71, Penelope Cloer Hall (Fort Walton Beach, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Cloer and Grace Cloer; her husband Ronald James Hall; her children, Kelley, James and Jonathan; her grandchildren, Aric, Tray, Savannah and Sienna; her great grandchild Jordan; and her siblings, Sharon Hyer (Phil), Victoria Estes and Ernest Cloer Jr. (Pamela).
