She was predeceased by: her parents, Phagna Tha Manibod and Mani Chou Manibod; her husband Dr. Kao Outsama; her son Manorath Outsama; and her son-in-law Paul E. Castagnoli.
She is survived by: her son Sourigno Outsama; her daughter-in-law Jo Outsama; her daughter Indara Castagnoli; and her granddaughter Isabelle Castagnoli. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Davis-Watkins Funeral Home (113 Racetrack Rd NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
