He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Santos and Edna Allard Santos; and his sister Shirley Aviail. He is survived by: his wife Ina Marie Santos; his children, Joseph B. Santos (Becky), Rene R. Santos and Heidi M. Williams (Derrick); his sister Nancy Massaro; his grandchildren, Marcus B. Williams (Morgan), Corey S. Williams, Devin S. Williams, Olivia E. Santos, Joshua R. Santos and Joe E. Santos; and his great grandchild Skylar E. Williams.
