It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Eugene Courtney of Frostproof, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Courtney and Vertice Courtney. He is survived by: his children, Angela Gann (Michael) of Decatur, Ashley Courtney of Calhoun, Georgia, Amber Courtney of Riceville, Tennessee and Aaron Courtney (Bethany) of Frostproof; his sister Renee Wheeler (Ernest) of Avon Park; his fiancé Michele Battice; and his niece Courtney Norris. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
