He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Garrard and Euna Garrard (Sims); and his son Keith Guy Garrard. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his daughter Shiela Cochran (David) of Frostproof, FL; his siblings, Shirley Brantley of Frostproof, FL, Wallace Garrard (Joyce) of Attalla, AL and Troy Garrard (Kathy) of Lake Wales, FL; and his grandchildren, Sheri Garrard, Kevin Cochran, Candace Turner, Kristen Marler, Ryan Garrard and Keith Garrard. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
