She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther B. McKinnon and Hattie M. McKinnon (Houston); her husband Howard Lester Moncrief; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Harrison, Ruby Boyette, Margaret Newman, Ada Lee Clayborn, Agnes Boyette, Mildred Boyette, Christine Bennett, John C. Harrison and Samuel Rufus Harrison.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bernice Williams of Lake Wales, FL, Lottie Marie Bennett of Arcadia, FL, Juanita Fugate of Lakeland, FL and Sandra Joyce Conner of Maplesville, AL; and her sister-in-law Avy Alexander.
