He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Griggs and David Rhoades; and his siblings, James Rhoades and Janice Snyder. He is survived by: his children, Angie and Jeff; his wife Judy Rhoades (Helmick); his children, Angela Henderson (Patrick) and Jeffrey Rhoades (Nicole); his grandchildren, Alisen Lopez (Zachary), Nickolas Harwell, Jack Harwell and Alexis Rhoades; his great grandchild Charlotte Lopez; and his sisters, Sue Hurst (Tom), Mary Wages and Jerry Quartermaine.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
