He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Estell Howell and Earl Howell; his wife Georgia Lynn Howell; his children, Dale West Howell, Sharilee Alyce Newman of Fruit Cove, Cindy Lynn Robbins of Jacksonville and Leslie Edward Howell (Gracie) of Lake City, FL; his sister Lucy Morgan of Switzerland, FL; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Jessie, Tiffany, Jessica, Sharina, Shanna and Ashton. He was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
