He is survived by: his wife Mary Tandy Quinlan of LaFayette, NY; his children, Vince Jr., Jeffrey (Jennifer), Heather Kosky (Christopher) and Holly Carnes; his grandchildren, Andrew, Daniella Carnes, Jacob and Gray Kosky; his cousin Neil Bard; and his pets, Lady Arwen and Zoey. He is also survived by eleven siblings-in-law and spouses, fifteen nieces and nephews and their children.
