It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettye McKinley (Green Cove Springs, Florida), who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Bettye may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bettye touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broadus-Raines Chapel (501 Spring St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
