He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruce McDade and Mary Alice McDade; and his siblings, Bruce McDade Jr., Joseph Eugene McDade (Gene), William McDade and Jeanie (Cricket).
He is survived by : his sister Alice Geiger (Faye); his wife Debora McDade-Machia; his children, Joe McDade (Kayla), Misty McDade-Machia (Donnie) and Debora McDade-Thomas; his niece Tina Geiger-Kerr; and his great-niece Sara Exum. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
