She was predeceased by: her parents, Moises Cruz and Agripina Cruz; her great-grandparent Impo; and her brother Celso Cruz. She is survived by: her daughter Roselie (Thomas D. Halik, Sr); her grandchildren, LeighAnn of Wake Forest, NC, Samantha of Wake Forest, NC, Thomas Jr. of Wake Forest, NC and Harrison of Wake Forest, NC; her son Ricky Velasco (Zaidy); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Rafael of Manila, Philippines, Claudine of California, Maxine of California and Kristine of California; her son Rosendo Velasco Jr. (Ederly); her grandchildren, Madeleine Dingal (Joel) and Ross (Valerie); her great grandchild Rai Jin; her granddaughter Shannen Velasco of Baltimore, MD; her son Rainier Velasco (Cristine); her grandsons, Lance and Royce; and her sisters, Esterlita Ramos and Luzviminda Cruz. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043).
